Order & delivery
When will my order be delivered? That is a question we often receive, and we understand that you would like clarity about the delivery of your package. At BOUTRE we strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, and we would like to inform you about our delivery process.
We ship all our orders with reputable carriers such as PostNL and DHL. In the check-out of our website you can choose your preferred carrier based on your preference and needs. If you order from us on workdays before 11:59 PM, we guarantee that your order will be handed over to the delivery person the same day. As soon as your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. You will then receive a Track & Trace code from the carrier by email, with which you can track the status of your package and receive updates about delivery.
We aim to deliver your package within one day after it has been handed over to them. However, as with all delivery services, they cannot always guarantee this and your package may be delivered a day later than expected. This may be due to factors such as crowds, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
As for delivery options, we offer you two choices:
- Free shipping: If you order from us on workdays before 11:59 PM, your order will be delivered to your home for free the next day. This is a fast and cost-efficient option for people who want to receive their package quickly.
- Insured shipping including Track & Trace (Up to € 200): For a small additional fee of €3.95 we offer insured shipping, including Track & Trace. With this option you are assured of a safe and traceable delivery of your package, and you can closely track your order right to your front door.
Regarding delivery abroad, we currently only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. We hope to expand our delivery service to other countries in the future, but for now we are focusing on providing the best service to customers within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Finally, what happens if you are not at home when your order is delivered? Do not worry! If you are not at home to receive your package, the delivery person will try to deliver your package to the neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to the nearest PostNL location or DHL service point the same day. With the collection message that you received in your mailbox or by email, you can then collect your package at the designated collection location.
